And we believe it could be a spot cure for the malady of boredom or even anxiety or the grey-colored madness slowly creeping up your spine whispering all the terrible things as you frown deeply and wipe the beads of sweat from your brow. Not that we’re experiencing anything like that, but you know, if someone hypothetically was then maybe, without any trained medical staff consultation, maybe this issue could help out with that.
Either way, here it is.

WE ARE TAKING SUBMISSIONS FOR THE JOURNALS OF THE FUTURE.
We mean upcoming journals, not journals from a distant epoch where robot kitty cats rule the world from their litter ocean south of Australia.
And we really think you should submit something.
Remember, you can submit anything you want. It does not have to be about the quarantine. It can be, because you know, what else is the entire world thinking about right now, but it doesn’t have to be.
Your submission just needs to adhere to these guidelines.
The Guidelines:
We’re accepting prose, poetry, non-fiction and art.
No more than 750 words.
We’ll accept multiple pieces as long as they’re no longer than 750 words combined.
Again, the subject does not have to be quarantine related. We will of course accept quarantine related work (because really what else is anyone thinking about right now) but it does not have to be about these current, terrifying times.
